SERVICES

We specialize in evidence-informed positive mental health programming.

Our unique approach supports families dealing with the psychological injuries associated with secondary effects of trauma.

We work with organizations across the spectrum, including schools, corrections services, military and first responder organizations.

We help Public Safety Personnel across Canada — peace officers, first responders, Veterans — understand the secondary effects of operational and organisational stress on their mental health.

We take the same hands-on approach to providing school-based psycho-educational programming to young adults, empowering them to take control of their mental health.
