An evidence-informed positive mental health program.

There are two options to access the Heads Up! Program.

PD Day Option

Our expert facilitators will provide the 3-hour interactive Heads Up program at your school during one of your school PD days (includes program supplies, take home tools, and a pizza party).

Cost – 90$ / student (this cost can be covered by each individual family through a registration event page) OR covered by the school as a flat fee (for example, you could offer it for all grade 7 classes).

6 Week in Person Delivery

This option features six, 50 minute sessions during a lunch hour or other designated time. Each session will consist of a different topic related to mental health and the importance of understanding our social-emotional health. Participants will be provided with hands-on activities and introduced to new strategies and coping tools that can be used at home or back in the classroom. Supplies and kits will be provided to each participant at the first session.

Cost Option 1 – $6,000 / month. This option consists of a monthly student program for up to 150 students (for example, five grade 9 classes) and includes forms, kit materials, family and teacher handbook, and student workbooks.

Cost Option 2 – $12,500 / 6-week program. This option is for one group of students (up to 30 participants) and includes forms, kit materials, family and teacher handbook, and student workbooks.
